Laser cutting
Starting 10th April 2015 new stronger CNC laser cutting machine TRUMATIC L3030 with source 5 kW in run
- Possibility to cut sheets up to 1500mm x 3000mm and thickness for:
- Steel up to 25 mm
- Stainless steel up to 20 mm
- Aluminium and its alloys up to 12 mm
CNC breaking (bending)
9x CNC press brakes TRUMABEND
- Possibility to bend sheet metal up to lenght of bend 3,15 m, max. force 130 tons
Stamping
- Company uses two excentrical presses 160t and 250t
CNC-deburring and grinding
Deburring and grinding machine Costa MD4
- This machine is used after laser cutting and punching. Its possibility are as follows:
- Wide of table 1150 mm
- Remove sharp edges
- Remove oxyde chips and scratches
- Round-out edges up to radius cca 0,4 mm
- Rework of lightly scratched surface of parts
- Surface unification
- Machine is equiped by following exchangeable abrasive tools:
- 2 positions with grinding belts
- Set of vertical rotating brushes with transversal movement
- Cylindrical brush – type Scotchbrite
